What is it?

A wheat biscuit base carries two pink fondant strips, a centre line of raspberry jam, and a scatter of desiccated coconut. Each biscuit comes individually formed, with the jam and icing set on top rather than baked through, so the surface stays distinct from the plain, crisp biscuit underneath. Arnott's keeps this in its biscuit lineup as one of the older, more decorative styles, alongside simpler cream and plain biscuits. The contrast here is mostly about texture: brittle biscuit, sticky jam, soft icing, and dry coconut in one bite.
