Two chocolate biscuits sandwich a chocolate cream filling, with coconut worked through the biscuit for a drier, rougher crunch. Arnott’s places it in the same family as Tim Tams, but the coconut shifts the texture away from that smooth snap and into something a bit more crumbly. Sold in Arnott’s biscuit range as a coconut variation, it uses the same basic structure as other chocolate cream sandwich biscuits, just with coconut in the biscuit itself. Bite through the coating and you get chocolate, cream, then that toasted coconut note at the centre.
