Malt-O-Milk

What is it?

Crisp malted milk biscuits, these are built on wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil, milk solids and malt extract, which gives them that toasted, lightly honeyed note and a golden colour. They’re firm enough to hold up to tea or coffee, with a dry snap rather than a crumbly melt. Compared with other Arnott’s sweet biscuits, they sit closer to plain milk biscuits but with more depth from the malt. The flavour runs through the biscuit rather than sitting on top, so each bite stays even from edge to centre.
