Tim Tam Chewy Caramel

What is it?

Chocolate biscuit layers enclose a caramel cream centre, then the whole bar is coated in milk chocolate. Compared with the standard Tim Tam, the filling here isn’t the usual chocolate cream, but a chewy caramel that stretches a bit when you bite through it. That changes the texture from clean snap to a softer, stickier pull. Arnott’s keeps the familiar finger-sized format, so it still eats like other Tim Tam variants in the range. The biscuit, cream and chocolate coating are all there, but the centre shifts the balance toward caramel and a more elastic bite.
