Dark chocolate biscuit sandwiches a mint-flavoured cream filling, then gets a coating of dark chocolate. The biscuit layers are crisp, the centre is soft, and the mint sits in the middle rather than running through the whole thing, so you get a clear split between chocolate and cool mint in each bite. Compared with the milk chocolate version in Arnott's Tim Tam range, this one leans darker and a touch less sweet. It’s sold in familiar Tim Tam packs and follows the same two-biscuit, cream-centred format, just with mint in the filling and dark chocolate on the outside.
