Caramilk Block

What is it?

Smooth and pale-gold, this block is made from caramelised white chocolate, with milk solids and sugars heated to bring out toasted, butterscotch-like notes. It sits somewhere between standard white chocolate and caramel, though it’s not quite either. The texture is the familiar snap of a Cadbury block, then it melts quickly on the tongue. In the Cadbury lineup, it’s the caramelised white chocolate entry rather than a filled or nut-studded bar. Sold as a sharing block, it’s usually eaten in squares, and the flavour comes from the chocolate itself rather than any added centre or mix-ins.
