Folded from Cadbury Dairy Milk into paper-thin layers, this chocolate bar is built to crumble. The structure is created by pouring and folding the chocolate so it sets with lots of air and fragile seams, which is why it snaps apart instead of biting cleanly. Unlike most bars in Cadbury’s lineup, it’s less about a solid centre and more about the way the layers fall away. You’ll also find it used as a topping in soft serve cones, where the same brittle texture breaks up into shards and crumbs.
