Tasty cheese is the Australian name for a matured cheddar, sharper and drier than a mild one, and this is the flavour aiming at that rather than at a plate of nachos. That makes it the more straightforward of CC's two cheese flavours. Where Nacho Cheese leans on paprika and spice to suggest a whole dish, this one is trying to taste of the cheese itself, which means a sourer, saltier seasoning without the warmth sitting behind it. Both sit on the same corn chip base, firmer and more brittle than potato and built to take weight. Sold in 175g bags.
