Ridge Cut Sour Cream & Chives

What is it?

Thick ridged potato chips are coated with sour cream and chive seasoning, so the flavour lands in the grooves as well as on the surface. Kettle’s Ridge Cut line uses a heavier cut than its flat chips, which gives these a firmer bite and a shape that holds onto dips. Sour cream brings the tangy, creamy base, while chives add a mild onion note.
