Thick-cut potato chips, kettle-cooked for a hard, glassy crunch, are seasoned with Australian sea salt and sometimes show a little potato skin along the edges. The uneven surface comes from the kettle-cooking process, which gives these chips more heft than standard supermarket crisps.
