Light & Tangy is an Australian flavour category rather than a specific taste, built on citric acid and a mild savoury seasoning rather than on any one named ingredient. That vagueness is deliberate. The flavour sits between plain salted and salt and vinegar, sharper than the first and considerably softer than the second, which is a gap most chip ranges fill with something along these lines. On a thin cut the tang registers quickly and then clears, since there's less potato underneath to carry it. It's among the milder flavours in the range, which leaves the texture doing more of the work than the seasoning does. Made in Australia and sold in 175g bags.
