Salt and vinegar is the seasoning that most rewards a thin chip. The acid sits on the surface rather than inside the potato, so more surface area per gram means more of it arriving in each bite. Vinegar in a chip is almost always a dried acid powder rather than the liquid, since anything wet would soften the chip on contact. That powder is what gives the sharp, slightly astringent hit that arrives fast and clears rather than lingering. It's one of the older flavours in the Thins range and the one that plays most directly to the thinner cut. Made in Australia and sold in 175g bags.
