The most assertive flavour in a range otherwise built on mild seasonings, and the only one where the taste arrives in two stages: sugar first, then chilli heat behind it. That sequence is the point. Sugar registers immediately on the tongue while capsaicin builds over several seconds, so a sweet and spicy chip effectively tastes like two different things depending on when it's noticed. On a thin chip the effect is sharper, because there's less potato to buffer either half of it. Made in Australia and sold in 150g bags, a slightly smaller pack than the rest of the range.
