Dairyfine is Aldi's chocolate label rather than its ice cream one, which is why these cones lead on the coating rather than on what is inside them. The spiral is the construction. Instead of a chocolate lining and a plain filling, a ribbon of hazelnut chocolate is drawn through the ice cream as the cone is filled, so it runs down through the middle rather than stopping at the wall. That solves the problem every cone has. A lining protects the wafer but stops at the wall, where a spiral carries the chocolate into every part of the cone rather than only the first bite and the tip.
