The white chocolate version of the Dairyfine spiral cone, with the same construction and a sweeter ribbon. White chocolate contains no cocoa solids, only cocoa butter, milk and sugar, so there's no bitterness anywhere in it to cut the ice cream. That makes hazelnut more important here than in the milk chocolate version: the nut is the only thing supplying a savoury, toasted note against an otherwise entirely sweet cone. It also behaves differently in the freezer. White chocolate sets softer than milk chocolate, so the spiral stays more yielding rather than setting to a firm ribbon. Four to a pack.
