Fiesta belongs to a category of stick that puts its texture on the outside, coating the bar in chocolate and then rolling or studding it with crisped pieces. That outer layer is doing something a smooth shell can't. A plain coating cracks in clean plates, where one broken up by pieces fractures unevenly and gives a longer, noisier bite. The pieces also stop the chocolate setting as a single brittle sheet that slides off the ice cream underneath. It's one of the older shapes in this part of the freezer and the one most clearly aimed at nostalgia rather than at anything new. Four to a pack.
