Strawberry and vanilla together rather than strawberry alone, which is the sensible way to build a fruit cone. Fruit ice cream in a wafer has a moisture problem. A strawberry base carries more water than a vanilla one, and water is what softens a cone from the inside, so pairing the fruit with vanilla dilutes that without losing the flavour. Swirling the two rather than layering them means most bites take some of each, which suits a cone where there's no way to eat around a section the way there's in a tub. The result sits closer to a strawberries and cream than to a fruit sorbet.
