A tropical fruit lolly with a pale centre, putting a fruit ice on the outside and something creamier within. Building a lolly in two layers solves a texture problem. A pure water ice is refreshing but thin, and a dairy centre gives it body without dulling the fruit on the outside, since the two only meet as the lolly is eaten rather than being blended together. Banana and passion fruit do the work here, one supplying body and the other acidity. Three to a pack, which is smaller than most of the Gianni's lolly boxes. The pale centre is visible where the lolly is bitten, which is the only way to tell the two layers apart before eating it.
