Ten bites in a bag instead of a tub, 16ml each, with a cookie dough centre buried in vanilla ice cream and the whole thing coated and rolled in crumbs. The construction is the interesting part. Three layers around a core at that size means the coating has to be thin enough not to dominate a 15 gram bite while still holding together when a bag gets handled straight from the freezer. That's harder than a full-size bar, where a thicker shell is simply an option. The dough goes in the middle because dough spread through ice cream softens, and burying it keeps it away from the coating too. Peaces is Ben & Jerry's name for the format.
