White chocolate carries no cocoa solids at all, only cocoa butter, sugar and milk. It reads sweeter than the Classic for that reason, and it has nothing bitter in it to push back against what's underneath. Which is presumably why the vanilla gets named here. The wrapper specifies Madagascan vanilla, the fuller and rounder of the commercial beans, and under a coating with no edge of its own the ice cream has more to carry than it does under milk chocolate. Sustainably grown cocoa is badged alongside it. Cocoa butter is what makes any shell snap, and there's enough of it in white chocolate to keep the crack even though most of the weight is sugar and the colour goes. 110ml, matching the Classic.
