Two baked-goods ideas in one tub, which is a lot of dry matter for an ice cream to carry. Cookie dough pieces and Twix pieces both have to hold their texture against a frozen base that wants to soften them. Edible dough is made without raw egg and with heat-treated flour, since raw flour carries the E. coli risk that gets overlooked in the usual warning. It's built without leavening as well, so the pieces stay dense rather than trying to rise. Dough and biscuit sit at opposite ends of the same process, one unbaked and one baked, which is most of what makes putting them in the same tub interesting.
