McDonald's mozzarella dippers, breadcrumb-coated sticks of mozzarella that pull into a cheese stretch when you break one, paired here with the hot honey dip from the summer 2026 range. The dip mixes honey with a chilli heat, a sweeter match for the fried cheese than the usual tomato dip. The dippers themselves are a recurring limited item, and this pairing lined up with the wider hot honey menu.
McDonald's went on 14 July, KFC on 20 July, Burger King on 21 July. Two of them picked a sauce. KFC threw out the bun and used naan bread instead.
The naan range came and went in five weeks. McDonald's put hot honey on everything, Burger King went Texan BBQ, and the Mini Hash Browns came back after two years. All ten items, with prices.
