Stephen Colbert's flavor, running since 2007, with his proceeds going to charity. It has outlasted the show it was named on. The waffle cone pieces are the engineering problem. A bare cone in ice cream goes soft within days, so these are covered in fudge before they go anywhere near the base, and the coating is what buys them the life of the tub. A single caramel swirl runs through the vanilla underneath, which is what the pack says and what the cut face shows. A swirl arrives unevenly by design, so some spoonfuls get it and some don't. Eating a cone from a tub is a slightly absurd idea, and the flavor has never pretended otherwise.
