The same brownie pieces the pints use, dropped into vanilla instead of chocolate. That inversion is what makes it worth having alongside Chocolate Fudge Brownie, since it isn't the same tub in a bigger size. Against vanilla the brownies show. In a chocolate base they have to be darker and denser than what surrounds them to register at all, and here they simply stand out, so the tub reads as studded rather than uniform. A scoop is the constraint that separates this from the pint. Dragged across a frozen surface it has to lift the inclusions with the ice cream, and a brownie gives where a hard chunk would skip out of the way.
