A chocolate cheesecake base, which is a less common thing than a plain one. Cocoa and the sourness of cream cheese both want to be the loudest note, and a chocolate cheesecake has to be built so that neither wins outright. Chocolate cookies and chocolate cookie swirls sit through it, and sea salt fudge chunks go into the whipped topping on top. The salt is the only element in the pint that isn't chocolate or dairy. The whipped topping is what separates this from a straight cheesecake pint. It sits above the base rather than through it, so the first few spoonfuls carry it and the rest of the tub is left to the chocolate underneath.
