What is it?

Peanut butter cups twice, in the ice cream and again set into the ganache on top, and there's a peanut butter swirl running through the base as well. Three appearances of one ingredient in a single pint. Three appearances is a lot for one ingredient, and the format is what makes it survivable. Swirls run through the base, cups sit in the ice cream, and more cups go into the ganache at the top, so the peanut butter arrives in three textures instead of three helpings of the same one. The cups on top are the part a standard pint has nowhere to put. Buried in ice cream a filled cup softens; sealed into a ganache layer at the surface it stays intact.
