12 individually wrapped sandwiches put vanilla-flavored ice cream between two soft chocolate wafers. Packed in a 42 fl oz carton, it's meant for freezer storage and easy grab-and-go serving. Unlike crunchy cookie-based versions, the wafers here are soft and a little cakey, with the usual tendency to leave a chocolatey smear on your fingers. The vanilla center holds its shape when frozen but softens quickly once it's out of the box. In Great Value's lineup, it sits alongside neapolitan and no-sugar-added sandwiches.
