What is it?

Wild-caught Alaskan pollock sits in seasoned breading, gets fried, and lands inside a sesame seed bun with tartar sauce and lettuce. The fish is mild and white-fleshed, so the breading and sauce do most of the flavor work, while the lettuce adds a little crunch. On Arby's menu, this sandwich shows up as a recurring fish option, especially around Lent, and it's often sold year-round too.
