Two wagyu-blend patties sit on a brioche bun with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, and special sauce. It's the double-patty version of Arby's Deluxe Burger, keeping the same toppings but leaving out bacon, which puts more focus on the beef and the bun. Vegetables add crunch and moisture, while the cheese and sauce bring the familiar fast-food burger structure together. Compared with the bacon-topped burger in Arby's lineup, this one stays a little simpler. Brioche gives the bun a soft, slightly sweet quality that holds up against the heavier double stack. Special sauce leans tangy, in a Thousand Island direction.
