What is it?

Half a pound of thinly sliced roast beef sits in this sandwich, layered with cheddar cheese sauce and red ranch on an onion roll. It's the largest Beef 'n Cheddar in Arby's lineup, built from the same core parts as the Classic and Double versions, but with more meat stacked into each bite. Compared with the smaller sandwiches, the roast beef takes center stage and the sauces play a lighter role.
