Arby's Steak Nuggets take the nugget format away from chicken and fill it with tender cuts of steak seasoned with garlic and pepper. Every order comes with Horsey Ranch, a sauce made for this return by folding the chain's Horsey Sauce into its Ranch Dip. Horsey Ranch is the part that changes the pitch. Horsey Sauce runs sharp with horseradish, ranch is creamy and herby, and the blend lands closer to a steakhouse dip than either one does alone. The nuggets first appeared in October 2025 and came back on August 24, 2026 in 5 and 9 piece orders. Arby's added two bowls built on them at the same time: the Steak 'n Potato Bowl, which sets them over crispy potatoes and melted cheese, and the Steak 'n Mac Bowl, which uses white cheddar mac and cheese with crispy onions underneath. It's a limited run at participating locations rather than a permanent menu addition, which is also how the 2025 version went.
