Hand-breaded in-restaurant, the thick chicken breast fillet got coated in a craggy breading and fried to order at Burger King locations starting in 2021. Served on a potato bun with pickles and signature sauce, it came assembled as a classic sandwich rather than a wrap or tender-style item. Compared with Burger King's later Royal Crispy Chicken line, this one used in-store breading, which changed both the texture and the kitchen workflow. It was sold for about 15 months before being discontinued and replaced by the simpler, pre-breaded sandwich line.
