Built on the same buttered bun as Chick-fil-A’s Original Chicken Sandwich, this version keeps the hand-breaded, pressure-cooked chicken breast and pickles, then adds green leaf lettuce, a tomato slice, and American cheese. The cheese softens from the heat of the chicken, while the lettuce and tomato bring a cooler, crisper layer. Compared with the simpler sandwich in the lineup, it’s the same core format with a few extra toppings stacked on top. A Spicy Deluxe version swaps in the spicy chicken filet but keeps the rest of the build the same.
