What is it?

Two hand-formed beef patties come standard here, which is why Five Guys calls the single-patty version a Little. Beef is never frozen, pressed and cooked on a flat-top grill, so the patties come out irregular in shape with a browned crust and plenty of juices. A toasted bun holds the stack, and all 15 toppings are included at no extra charge. Compared with the rest of Five Guys' burger lineup, this one skips cheese and keeps the focus on beef, while still leaving room for the usual build-your-own topping choices. It's the straightforward double-patty option without any cheese layer.
