Kosher-style all-beef frank, split lengthwise and cooked flat-side down on the same grill used for burgers. That gives it a larger charred surface than a boiled or steamed dog, while the natural casing keeps the familiar snap. It's served on a standard toasted bun, with the same free toppings bar used for the burgers. Compared with the rest of the menu, this is the simplest sandwich and usually the lowest-priced one. You can build it with mustard, relish, grilled onions, jalapenos, or sauces, depending on the location's topping station.
