

Built on an enriched bun, this smashburger starts with a single beef patty pressed flat on the griddle, so the edges brown fast and the center stays thin. Melted American cheese, special sauce, pickles, and diced onions round it out. Compared with Jack in the Box’s other Smashed Jack burgers, this one keeps the toppings simple. It uses the same smashed-patty approach as the rest of the line, but skips the butter-heavy add-ons found on the Buttery or Bacon & Swiss versions.
