Large fried rolls filled with pork, chicken, shredded vegetables, and glass noodles, these come two to an order and are served with sweet and sour dipping sauce. The wrapper is meant to fry crisp, while the filling stays soft and a little springy from the noodles. Jack in the Box has kept egg rolls on its menu for years, and they sit in the same oddball lane as the chain’s tacos. Compared with other items in the lineup, these lean more into snack food than sandwich territory, with a handheld format and a filling that mixes meat and vegetables in one bite.
