Built on Jack in the Box's Breakfast Jack format, this sandwich stacks a seasoned pork sausage patty, a fried egg, and a slice of American cheese on a sesame seed bun. Compared with the Bacon Breakfast Jack, this version swaps in sausage for a thicker, heavier filling.
