What is it?

Breaded mozzarella sticks come in 3-piece or 6-piece servings, with a separate sweet-and-spicy dipping sauce flavored with Carolina Reaper peppers. The sticks are fried, crisp on the outside, and filled with melted mozzarella. Most of the heat lives in the sauce, which pairs fruity sweetness with a sharp chili burn. On Jack in the Box’s menu, these sit in the snack-and-appetizer lane alongside the usual fried-cheese format, with the sauce doing the work that plain marinara normally would. It’s a limited-time item, so it may rotate in and out of the lineup.
