Three-cheese mac and cheese forms the base of this fast-food bowl, topped with crispy chicken pieces and a layer of shredded cheese. It's served hot and meant to eat with a spoon, like the chain's Famous Bowl, but the base swaps mashed potatoes for macaroni in cheese sauce. Unlike the Famous Bowl, there's no corn or gravy here. That leaves the cheese sauce to do the work of holding everything together. The fried chicken adds crunch and seasoning, while the extra cheese melts into the pasta beneath.
