Vanilla soft-serve gets blended with crushed Oreo cookie pieces in this McDonald’s dessert. The cookies show up as a mix of fine crumbs and larger shards, so spoonfuls can swing between mostly cream and more cookie-heavy bites. Because the mix-in is folded through the soft-serve, the texture starts a little gritty and then softens as it sits. Compared with the rest of McDonald’s McFlurry lineup, this is the permanent cookies-and-cream version. It’s served in the standard McFlurry cup with a spoon for eating right away, while the ice cream is still cold enough to hold the cookie pieces in place.
