McDonald’s seasonal mint McFlurry combines vanilla soft serve with the same mint flavoring used in the Shamrock Shake, then folds in crushed Oreo cookie pieces. The ice cream turns pale green, while the cookie bits add dark flecks and some crunch. Like other McFlurry items in the McDonald’s lineup, it’s blended in the machine until the mix-ins are dispersed through the soft serve, not layered on top. It usually shows up during the St. Patrick’s Day window, alongside the shake, and then it’s gone until next season.
