Seasonal and mint-forward, this green milkshake is built on vanilla soft serve, milk, sugar, and mint flavoring, then tinted green and finished with whipped cream. It usually shows up around St. Patrick's Day in a paper cup with a green lid, and the formula has stayed close to the original since its 1967 debut. Compared with McDonald's other shakes, this one leans more on mint than chocolate or fruit.
