Crispy fried chicken tenders sit inside a toasted French baguette, with shredded lettuce, dill pickle slices, and mayonnaise. It’s Popeyes’ take on the New Orleans po’ boy format, using the same seasoned tenders you’d get on their own, but tucked into bread that’s crusty outside and soft in the middle.
