Bacon Cheese Fries

What is it?

Crinkle-cut fries come topped with Shake Shack's warm cheese sauce and chopped applewood-smoked bacon. Ridges on the fries hold onto the sauce instead of letting it slide off right away, and the bacon adds smoky, salty bits across the top. Cheese sauce is the same pourable, processed-style sauce used on the plain version, just with bacon layered on. Among Shake Shack's fry options, this is the version with the most toppings.
