Built on Shake Shack’s standard Martin’s potato roll, this burger pairs an Angus beef patty with gochujang-based BBQ sauce, ShackSauce, pickled cucumber slices, and crispy onion strings. Gochujang is a fermented Korean chili paste, so the sauce leans sweet, savory, and lightly spicy, with a little fermented depth. It comes from Shake Shack’s limited-time Korean-inspired lineup, which keeps the usual Shack format but swaps in regionally framed toppings. Compared with a plain ShackBurger, the structure is familiar, though the sauce, cucumbers, and onions change the balance of richness, acidity, and crunch.
