The fries stay in Shake Shack’s familiar fast-food lane, but the toppings push them toward the K-Shack limited-time menu, which leans into Korean-inspired flavors. Sauce-wise, it’s a two-layer setup: creamy cheese on one hand, sweet-heat BBQ on the other. Pickled cucumber adds crunch and acidity, while sesame brings a little nuttiness.
