Layers of seasoned beef, refried beans, shredded cheddar, sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce are wrapped in a flour tortilla, then wrapped again in a second tortilla to help hold everything together. It’s a burrito built around soft fillings and a lot of starch, with the outer tortilla adding extra chew and insulation. Within Taco Bell’s lineup, it sits in the same value-minded lane as other handhelds, but the double wrap gives it a different structure from a standard burrito.
