Seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, a flat tostada shell, reduced-fat sour cream, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes all get folded inside a large flour tortilla, then pressed into a hexagon and grilled on both sides. The tostada shell sits in the middle, so the warm fillings stay below it while the cooler lettuce and sour cream stay above. Introduced in 2005, it's built like a hand-held layered wrap rather than a standard burrito. That center shell gives it a crisp bite in the middle, while the grilled exterior holds everything together.
