Somewhere between a taco and a quesadilla, this item wraps seasoned beef, a three-cheese blend of cheddar, pepper jack, and mozzarella, plus pico de gallo in a flour tortilla, then heats until the cheese melts and the tortilla softens. It has a hand-held shape and a softer, more sealed finish than most tacos on the menu. Unlike items built around crunchy shells, this one leans on contrast inside the wrapper, with warm beef and cheese against the cool tomatoes, onions, and cilantro in the pico. It stayed on the menu for decades before removal in 2019.
